Home is where we feel secure and protected; a place where we build a haven away from the outside world. But sometimes this haven is threatened by illness or aging. Day-to-day activities become harder or impossible to accomplish. Being “home alone” is a common scenario.
OMEGA specializes in providing services that allow seniors and disabled individuals to stay in the comfort of their own homes whenever possible. Our clients are independent people with diverse life situations, but they need help. They want to remain in their homes and communities, even when health challenges make things more difficult.
OMEGA service employees are caring, dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Whatever level of care is necessary, our staff, including nurses, certified home health aides, personal care aides, homemakers, and companions, are home care specialists who respond quickly to their patients' conditions and concerns.

OMEGA provides a full array of home health services, including:

OMEGA’s first priority is the health and well-being of our clients. The services provided are tailored to the patient’s individual needs -- whether it is a few hours a day or around the clock. Among the personalized services we offer are:
- Bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Walking and transfer assistance
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Escorting to and from appointments
- Companionship
- Medication reminders
These services can be provided in a home setting or within the confines of a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility.

OMEGA is dedicated to providing quality, compassionate, and supportive health care services in an ethical, responsible, and caring manner to a diverse community. We believe that every person in our care is a unique individual, to be treated with utmost dignity, respect, and kindness.
OMEGA nurses perform in-home patient assessments. The nurse coordinates all home care services in collaboration with the patient’s primary physician and furnishes each patient with educational material and a detailed patient handbook, which includes the patient bill of rights and highlights our commitment to patient privacy. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") was enacted by the Federal government to establish standards to protect data integrity, confidentiality and availability. OMEGA is compliant with all HIPAA regulations.
OMEGA continually recruits caregivers to meet the needs of in-home patients. Extensive criminal background checks are performed on all employees prior to hiring. In addition, candidates are required to provide references, which are verified at the time of application for employment. Each service employee also receives an annual health assessment, intensive training, competency evaluation, and ongoing, continuous in-service education.
All of OMEGA's caregivers are direct employees, fully insured and bonded. We never use independent contractors.
