HOME HEALTH AIDES AND PERSONAL CARE AIDES
We are currently interviewing for certified home health aides and personal care aides. We invite you to come in for an interview.
You are required to bring the following documents:
- 2 References Letters -- 1 professional and 1 personal. They must include the phone number and address of the reference and must not be more than 6 months old. Family members will not be accepted.
- State Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Address -- utility bill, lease, rental agreement, etc.
- Certificate -- if certified
- Medical Exam Results -- if you do not have medical documentation, please let us know upon arrival.
If you are accepted, you will be required to undergo:
- Drug Screening
- Fingerprinting
- Criminal History Record Check
